All my shipping includes tracking number. For customers in United States, it usually takes about 2 weeks to 1 month for them to receive it. For customer in Canada because of Canada custom, it can be 2 weeks to 3 months.

If you have not received your package after 1 month, please message me under your order and I will file a formal complain to my post office to locate the package

If there's any package returned to me, the buyer have 2 options:
1. Send the package back to them, but they need to pay for the shipping fee
2. Get 40% of return from the order value not include the shipping fees

1. I'll refund only 80% from the total amount if the customer cancel within 24 hours
2. I'll refund 75% from the total amount if the customer cancel within 2-4 days
3. And in case of sales, ex: 40% off and above, i'll only refund 50% no matter when you request the cancellations

This is to cover the time we print, cut and process the order.
