- Our shop is now ready to ship. Current processing time is 1-2 weeks.
- Once the kits sold out, it'll only restock once.
- Currently we only offer glossy sticker
- We print using production digital press printer which is why we have that smooth surface on our matte paper and the reason why the color not as vibrant. If you want vibrant colors, please choose our matte vinyl option
- We ship from Southeast Asia therefore shipping may take awhile. Once it shipped, it is no longer our responsibility on how long does it take for you to get the package.

Sizing details
All stickers are fit properly with erin condren and mambi happy planner. All the stickers does not include any cut files as it is not permitted by Silhouette to sell or distributed any .studio file outside the Silhouette Online Store.
Shipping
All my shipping includes tracking number. For customers in United States, it usually takes about 2 weeks to 1 month for them to receive it. For customer in Canada because of Canada custom, it can be 2 weeks to 3 months.
If you have not received your package after 1 month, please message me under your order and I will file a formal complain to my post office to locate the package
If there's any package returned to me, the buyer have 2 options:
1. Send the package back to them, but they need to pay for the shipping fee
2. Get 40% of return from the order value not include the shipping fees
What happen if I want to cancel my order?
1. I'll refund only 80% from the total amount if the customer cancel within 24 hours
2. I'll refund 75% from the total amount if the customer cancel within 2-4 days
3. And in case of sales, ex: 40% off and above, i'll only refund 50% no matter when you request the cancellations
This is to cover the time we print, cut and process the order.
